We hired Chef Joseph for a New Years Eve dinner party and could not have been more satisfied. He was so professional and friendly! Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation of the food was above and beyond. He listened to what we wanted every step of the way and made our vision come to life. Would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thank you Chef Joseph!

Chef Joseph conspired with my friends to create an unforgettable 6 course James Bond themed potato tasting menu with wine pairings - bringing together two of my favorite things with all my favorite people. We got all dressed up in gowns and tuxedos and had the most brilliant evening. Thanks to Chef Joseph for being game to co-create a unique and slightly crazy experience.

Last night was our second time enjoying the culinary creations of Chef Joseph. The food was well presented, flavored, and absolutely delicious! Chef Joseph is friendly, hospitable and you can tell he loves what he does and he’s excellent at it!

Chef Joseph, gave a stellar performance! This, of course related to the preparation and presentation of the food, drinks and even the good company, while serving up his delicious, creative flavors.
The flaming drink...which we gave many names, was interesting to watch as he thought out and created something uniquely to our asking (see picture in post)...Spectacular!

I digress...but that one amongst the others that he even took on the challenge to expand himself in his mixology skills! Awesome.
Overall, between the food and drinks, we recommend for any occasion.

We had Chef Joe cook dinner for my mom and her friends birthday. He is a wonderful Chef, first and foremost, he made things I would never eat and I loved every bite. He can teach you all about his craft if you have any questions. He is also such a kind person and very hospitable.

I hired Chef Joe to surprise two family members for birthday dinners. Chef Joe is certainly proficient at his craft. He is personable, and prepared delectable entrees that were enjoyed by all!
